At RunTeach, we strive to ensure that our students are satisfied with their learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
Pilot Course Refund Policy
Please note that for our Pilot Course, no refunds will be issued once the course fee has been paid. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the integrity and sustainability of our pilot programs.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, RunTeach may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Exceptional circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Medical emergencies
- Bereavement
- Other unforeseen significant life events
Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be submitted in writing, along with appropriate documentation, to our customer service team at info@runteach.com. Refunds granted under these circumstances are at the sole discretion of RunTeach and are not guaranteed.
