During this time of lockdown, when we are all doing our bit to slow the spread of COVID-19 and staying at home, my usual face to face coaching and sessions have been put on pause.
But, that doesn’t mean you can’t access my services and keep improving your running and movement skills. In fact, now is a fantastic time to focus on those areas you may not usually pay attention to. And due to my brain-based approach to training, performance and pain modulation, movement and skills sessions can help you cope with every day stresses much better.
The aim of every session is for you to feel better and move better after the session than before it.
How does it work?
If you currently suffer any niggles or pain, we can work on reducing while at the same time improving your running skills.
If you don’t have any pain or niggles, we can put all our focus on skills improvement and woring towards your running goals.
If you are an existing client, the first session will be a catch up and review of your goals with some personalised movement assessments and exercises. Future sessions will build on these, with personalised home work.
If you are a new client, our first session will be a consultation to find out more on your background, goals and running and injury history. I’ll also explain how the RunTeach approach works and what you can expect to get out ouf our sessions.
How long is each session?
Each session is between 30 and 60 minutes long. The initial consultation is usually an hour depending on your history and goals.

The specialist platform I use allows me to video call you as well as prescribe exercises and keeps everything in one place.
How much do the sessions cost?
The initial consultation is £60, and includes setting you up on my system for recording notes and scheduling.
Each session from then on is £40 and includes your homework plans.
