As we get older, continuing to enjoy our running takes a different approach than when we were younger. To meet your running goals, you need to change what you do to support your progress and get the maximum enjoyment out of the sport you love.
Over many years of coaching primarily women of a certain age, I understand that there are unique challenges facing you that can impact both your enjoyment of running and your general health and wellbeing.
I want to help you because I can’t see a lot of other help out there, and you deserve to enjoy your running for as long as you want to.
I am keen to design a training program that takes a different approach from anything you’ve seen before – a programme that is designed around you and your specific needs and challenges.
I want to create a training programme that encourages you to keep progressing with your running and also provides you with the skills to better manage stress, keep moving well and keep enjoying your life to the full.
But I need your help to understand your individual needs more, and the needs of women just like you.
