					<description><![CDATA[All great tips Chris. I find the last tarmac section the hardest as my heart rate starts nearing max and pace slows, until my sprint. I&#039;m gonna focus on controlled first mile then ramping up pace see if that helps. Next goal is sub 22 but a way to go yet!!]]></description>
